Early-bird fees apply when you register and pay by 30 July 2027: every registration category costs 50 USD less. From 31 July the standard fees apply, and registration closes on 27 August 2027. Accompanying persons and extra pages have no early-bird fee.

In person

What the fee includes

Two coffee breaks and lunch on the in-person day, conference kit and presentation certificate.

Online

What online presenters receive

Official participation certificate and the conference proceedings in electronic form, sent by e-mail after the conference.

How to register and pay

Registration and payment are handled by VintEight Conference Organization, the organizing company.

  1. When your paper is accepted, fill in the registration form — the link is in your acceptance e-mail.
  2. You receive a proforma invoice with the amount and the payment options.
  3. Pay on the VintEight payment page by card (Visa or Mastercard with 3-D Secure) or by bank transfer, before the registration deadline.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper registers before uploading the camera-ready paper.
  • IEEE member and student fees need a valid IEEE membership or student ID.
  • Best paper winners receive a 50% discount on registration for the next INTCEC.

Refunds

Registration fees are not refundable: an invoice that has been issued cannot be cancelled and re-issued.

Visa refused? If your visa is refused, you can switch to online presentation right away. Your registration stays valid, and once you present online your paper is submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore like every other presented paper — the visa decision does not affect publication. Tell us by e-mail or WhatsApp and we move your registration to online presentation.
